Logistics is one of the principal cornerstones of our Customer Service. For this reason, we have optimized this part of our business as much as possible. Everyone in the logistics chain makes the greatest effort to keep our promises.
Shipping and receiving
We use a variety of parcel services: PostNL, DHL Express, GLS, and UPS. Which service is used depends on the warehouse from which the product is being supplied. A second important factor is whether the shipment is domestic or international.
CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS
A considerable part of our products is custom made. That's why we don't have those products in our central warehouse, they are made to your specifications. This also means that custom made products may have a different delivery time.
On the product pages, you will find information as to whether a product is custom made, and what the estimated delivery time will be.
Our aim for domestic shipments is always "next day delivery". This also applies to shipments to Belgium. For international shipments, longer delivery times apply and these depend on the country of destination. We will always give you an estimate of the expected delivery time.
Custom made products usually have a different delivery time. Nevertheless, we will do our very best to achieve a ‘next day delivery’.
CONTRIBUTION TO SHIPPING COSTS
Prices mentioned on the website do not include a contribution to the shipping costs. This contribution to the shipping costs is €6.95 for orders under €20.00 to The Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Orders to these countries exceeding €20,00 will be shipped free of charge.
For international shipments, there are custom rates. On the payment page, you will see the actual contribution to the shipping costs. Sometimes you also have to pay import duties. These are charged by the shipping company and must be paid upon delivery.
