ONLINE PAYMENT
We currently offer several secure payment methods: iDeal, MisterCash, Bancontact, PayPal, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa and bank transfer. At the checkout, you can choose one of these payment methods. Depending on your choice, the product will be shipped right away (iDeal, MisterCash, Bancontact, PayPal, MasterCard, Maestro, or Visa) or when the payment is booked on our bank account.
FOR OUR BELGIAN CUSTOMERS
iDeal is the most popular payment method by far in the Netherlands and most Dutch banks support it. At this moment the banks also offer the option to pay with your cell phone securely. In Belgium Bancontact and MisterCash offer a similar service.
BANK TRANSFER
For our international customers, but also for those who prefer
to make a bank transfer, we offer the possibility to transfer
the payable amount to our bank account or to use PayPal,
MasterCard, Maestro, or Visa instead.
In the case of a bank transfer, the necessary information will
be provided when you choose this method of payment.
RETURN PAYMENTS
When you receive a credit from us, for example when you return one or more products, we will use the same method for the return payment as you used when completing the checkout.
Please note that, depending on the payment method, there may be one or more business days between the time we make the return payment and the moment the amount is deposited into your account.
