Cooling-off period and right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery without providing a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to send back your product(s). You will then receive a refund of the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product(s) to the webshop are at your own expense. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you must use the cancellation form that can be found here . You must complete the cancellation form in full and include it with the product(s) you are returning. We kindly ask that you make a copy of the cancellation form and keep it for your personal administration

Custom made products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products from our webshop that are custom-made for you, according to specifications you have entered. Consequently, those sales are final once a successful payment has been made.
Sealed products
